How did you get started working with the fire departments?

I got an app called Pulsepoint that allows users to see emergencies that their local fire department is responding to. I got lucky and photographed a fire near my house in Provo and it got the attention of the community. I become friends a few of the Provo firefighters and gained the trust of the department. This has led to opportunities to photograph trainings, department wide group photos, newly delivered rigs, and so much more!

The dream is to do this kind of meaningful work full-time!
