I’m a photographer and videographer working hard to create high-quality, high-end, and high-energy creative for events, commercial, nightlife, and sports needs. While my projects vary, I bring my 10 years of experience to every photoshoot.
Brad Simmons, Not Soop!
While I’ve seriously considered making my last name Soop at this point, it’s actually Simmons! Back in 2020, a group of friends created a social scene called badsoup.
Brad Soup quickly became my nickname and Bradsoop became the handle. Every once in a while, someone still remembers and will ask, “Bradsoop as in badsoup??”
What I’m Passionate About
I care about understanding what being alive means and how we live it the happiest. Photography has allowed me to explore what it means to be a human without having to clock into a 9-5 job. I’m extremely grateful to be at memorable, fun, and sometimes emotional events. Getting to capture other people’s experiences is a privilege!
I’ve been a photographer for 10 years and have become an expert in photographing low-light situations and high energy events.
What’s the most important to me is to create visuals that can be actually used to create results …otherwise what’s the point??
When I’m not photographing, I’m still taking photos. I love going on walks taking film photos of nature and chasing the local firefighters around to capture them in their element.
